FluentUp is a gamified English language learning application that provides interactive lessons, vocabulary exercises, grammar practice, and progress tracking. The Service is provided free of charge.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant FluentUp a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the Service.
6. Learning Content
The English learning content provided in FluentUp (lessons, exercises, vocabulary lists) is created for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that all content is error-free. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@fluentup.app.
7. Gamification Features
XP points, gems, streaks, and other in-app rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. FluentUp reserves the right to modify or remove these features at any time.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or any other reason at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FluentUp does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FluentUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
